May 13, 2025 within the walls Khmelnytskyi National University a quarterly strategic meeting of CLOTEX-HUB project partners took place, bringing together key participants in the initiative:
Khmelnytskyi National University,
Sustainable Development Agency “ASTAR”,
Khmelnytskyi IT cluster,
Podillia Fashion Cluster.
The participants summarized the hub's activities over the last quarter and outlined areas for further interaction.
Key topics include:
Communication plan for disseminating project results — development of a clear strategy for popularizing CLOTEX-HUB tools and capabilities among manufacturers;
Cooperation with DTA (Digital Transformation Accelerator) — discussion of formats and areas of interaction to strengthen the digital competencies of light industry;
Assessing the quality of implementation of project milestones and results — systematizing approaches to monitoring implementation effectiveness;
Testing solutions before investing - preparation for pilot technology launches;
Finding additional funding — discussing strategies for attracting investment, including through grant and international mechanisms.
In a friendly and constructive atmosphere, the partners were able not only to exchange views, but also to identify common priorities for the next period. Such regular meetings strengthen ties within the ecosystem and contribute to a coordinated movement towards the main goal - the digital transformation of Ukraine's light industry.
CLOTEX-HUB continues to be a space of synergy between business, science and technology, opening up new opportunities for innovation, learning and sustainable development.
