Dmytro, as a co-founder, designer and constructor of the sportswear manufacturer MAXsport, shared his unique experience in implementing innovative solutions that ensured the sustainability and development of the company.
Cooperation with EU4Digital: Based on MAXsport's experience, a course "Business Digitalization" was developed and presented for the EU4Digital Academy, an EU-funded initiative. Dmytro Kovalchuk personally participated in the creation of educational content, transferring practical knowledge on the digitalization of SMEs.
Comprehensive digitalization: MAXsport has implemented a consistent digital strategy by integrating the following tools:
- Management: BAS Small Business for operational control and CRM for customer service control.
- Design: Using 3D clothing modeling (Clo3D) and CAD systems (JULIVI) to significantly reduce the development cycle of new products.
Resilience: Implementing cloud environments (OneDrive) and remote servers to ensure business continuity and data protection in the face of wartime risks.
Innovative development: The company is currently working on integrating artificial intelligence technologies to accurately determine clothing sizes from customer photos, which minimizes errors during remote orders.
Dmytro's experience is a clear confirmation of the high level of training that our graduate students receive and their ability to successfully apply modern digital technologies for the development of light industry and the Ukrainian economy, even in the most difficult conditions.
