On January 15, 2026, the annual reporting meeting of the public organization "Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster" took place, which traditionally became a platform for summing up the results of the past year, discussing strategic priorities, and strengthening cooperation between IT business, education, government, and the region's innovation ecosystem.
Representatives of government bodies also joined the meeting. In particular, the event was attended by the head of the economy department of the Khmelnytskyi City Council, Nataliya Sakharova, and the deputy mayor, Mykola Vavryshchuk, which demonstrated the city's interest in the development of the IT ecosystem as one of the drivers of the regional economy. EDIH CLOTEX-Hub was represented by the project coordinator, Oksana Zakharkevych, and the project manager, Yulia Koshevko.

The head of the NGO "Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster" Vyacheslav Askerov and the administrator of the Cluster Tetyana Askerova noted in their speeches that 2025 was full of new challenges, achievements and partnerships. During this period, the Cluster actively worked on expanding the circle of partners, developing the IT ecosystem of the region, involving students in practical initiatives, organizing educational events, hackathons and professional events for IT specialists. Special attention was paid to supporting startups, innovative ideas and socially important initiatives.

An important part of the meeting was a discussion of the activities and opportunities of the EDIH CLOTEX-HUB project. The participants were presented with the achievements of the hub over the year of work, in particular in the field of digital technologies, innovations, business support and educational initiatives. Separately, they reported on the charitable direction of the Cluster's activities and participation in 3D printing trainings for veterans and their families, which is an example of the combination of technology, education and social responsibility.
According to the organization's charter, the re-election of the head of the NGO "Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster" took place during the meeting. According to the results of the vote, Vyacheslav Askerov, co-founder of Avivi, remains the head of the Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster, which confirmed the community's trust in the chosen course of development.

The participants of the event emphasized that new projects, partnerships and opportunities for students, young professionals and entrepreneurs lie ahead. The joint work of the Cluster, universities, authorities and innovation hubs, in particular EDIH CLOTEX-Hub, will contribute to creating a favorable environment for the development of the IT industry and digital innovations in the region.
The organizers thanked the Khmelnytskyi City and Regional Councils, the Khmelnytskyi Regional Development Agency, the city's educational institutions, Cluster member companies, partners, and the iHub space for their support and hospitality. Thanks to joint efforts, Khmelnytskyi continues to strengthen its position as a center of IT innovation, education, and technological development.
