СТАРТОВА ЗУСТРІЧ УЧАСНИКІВ ПРОЄКТУ EUROPEAN DIGITAL INNOVATION HUB OF CLOTHING TECHNOLOGY AND TEXTILE (CLOTEX-HUB)

On November 22, 2024, the starting working meeting of the participants of the European Digital Innovation Hub of Clothing Technology and Textile (CLOTEX-HUB) project was held in the walls of the Khmelnytskyi National University

Хмельницький національний університет є координатором консорціуму (у складі ХНУ, ГО «АСТАР», ГС «Подільський кластер моди», ГО «ІТ-кластер м. Хмельницького»), який реалізуватиме проєкт European Digital Innovation Hub of Clothing Technology and Textile (CLOTEX-HUB) протягом 2025-2028 рр.

The project's activities are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of garment production products of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Khmelnytskyi region of Ukraine due to the digitization of clothing production and the introduction of innovative technologies. CLOTEX-HUB will operate within the garment factory ecosystem, providing high value-added services for experimentation, access to training, technology infrastructure and financial support

It is worth noting that CLOTEX-HUB is the first hub in Ukraine that joined the network of European digital innovation hubs.

The rector of Khmelnytskyi National University Serhii Matyukh, chairman of the board of NGO "ASTAR" Oleh Demchuk, cluster manager of GS "Podilskyi fashion cluster" Galina Shvets and chairman of the board of NGO "IT-cluster" Serhiy Yatsyhen addressed the participants with congratulatory words.

CLOTEX-HUB coordinator, head of the research department ХНУ Oksana Zakharkevych made a general overview of the project.

As part of the meeting, 8 work packages were presented, which were distributed among the participants and determine the scope of work for the next 4 years. Workshops were also held on the following topics: "Financial management and administrative aspects of the project", "Effective organization of service provision processes within work packages 4 and 5", "Communication strategy and project website".
