On November 3-4, 2025, the EDIH Clotex-HUB team took part in the two-day regional forum "Digital Transformation of Khmelnytskyi Region: Opportunities for Community Development", which took place in the city of Khmelnytskyi at the initiative of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration in cooperation with the EGAP Program.
The event brought together more than 150 participants, including representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, heads of territorial communities, heads of central and regional authorities, digitalization experts, digital leaders from different regions of Ukraine, as well as the EGAP Program team.
The forum participants joined panel discussions and thematic sessions, during which they discussed the digitalization of light industry, tools to support small and medium-sized businesses, the development of educational technologies in the field of EdTech, as well as the potential of clusters as drivers of digital transformations in the regions. The focus of the event was on how modern digital solutions, in particular the services provided by Clotex-HUB, can strengthen the innovation, efficiency and competitiveness of communities and businesses.
Within the framework of the forum, the CLOTEX-HUB team presented the capabilities of the European Digital Innovation Center (EDIH) for municipalities and educational institutions. In particular, they discussed tools for assessing the digital maturity of enterprises, supporting the digital transformation of business processes, and introducing innovations in production and education.
The forum also became a platform for expanding the partner network — meetings were held with community representatives, regional digital leaders, and authorities. The focus was on cooperation to integrate the fashion industry and light industry into the wider process of digitalization of the region through education, innovative technologies and intersectoral interaction.
Representatives of Khmelnytskyi National University and Clotex-HUB took part in the panel "Digitalization of Education", where they shared their experience in implementing EdTech and artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process. Examples of integration of digital tools in the training of personnel for modern industry, the creation of digital laboratories and the formation of a practically oriented educational environment were discussed. Participation in the forum was an important step for EDIH Clotex-HUB in expanding cooperation at the regional level, developing partnerships and promoting digital solutions that contribute to the sustainable development of communities and enterprises in Khmelnytskyi region.
