On December 4-5, 2025, the Clotex-HUB project team joined the key event of the year in the field of digital innovation, regional development and inter-hub cooperation - the first annual POLIDIH 1-st Annual Meeting, which took place at the Polissia Digital Innovation Hub in Zhytomyr. The event brought together representatives of Ukrainian EDIH centers, universities, business and expert circles to discuss the future of digital transformation of regions.
Within the walls of the Polesie National University, the team Clotex-HUB presented a report on the opportunities and benefits of collaboration between Ukrainian EDIH hubs. Special emphasis was placed on areas where the partnership between Clotex-HUB and POLIDIH creates strong synergies. In particular, it was about the development of innovations in the field of light industry, the introduction of digital technologies into production processes and the support of small and medium-sized businesses, including local craft producers. The report also emphasized the importance of implementing environmental and circular solutions that contribute to the transition to a sustainable production model, as well as the joint development of educational programs for entrepreneurs and students focused on future market needs.
Special attention during the speech was paid to how the cluster approach, modern innovative infrastructure and digital services of EDIH can transform the textile industry of Podillia. It was emphasized that the combination of digitalization technologies, innovative services and cooperation between hubs creates the prerequisites for the transition of the industry to a high-tech, efficient and environmentally friendly development model.
Participation in the POLIDIH Annual Meeting was an opportunity for Clotex-HUB not only to present the results of the project and its strategic goals, but also to strengthen partnerships with other digital hubs in Ukraine. The event became an important platform for exchanging experiences, establishing new connections, and discussing joint future initiatives in the field of innovation, sustainable development, and smart specialization of regions.
The Clotex-HUB team continues to develop partnerships that form the foundation for the innovative ecosystem of light industry in Podillia and contribute to increasing the economic sustainability of the regions of Ukraine. We will continue to work on the development of digital services, business support and implementation of solutions that meet European standards of digital transformation.
