On June 16, 2026, representatives of CLOTEX-HUB took part in the first All-Ukrainian Forum of Technology Clusters “Cluster Model of Development of the Technology Industry in Ukraine”, which was held in Odessa as part of Tech Week in Odessa. The event brought together more than 100 representatives of technology clusters, business associations, international organizations, government agencies and technology companies from all over Ukraine.
The key result of the forum was the presentation of the common position of the technological ecosystem on the challenges for the industry, the prospects for the integration of the Ukrainian tech sector into the EU, and the announcement of joint initiatives of the Tech Synergy Alliance for 2026–2027.

Among the main risks for the development of technology businesses, the participants named uncertainty about the future of Diia.City, possible changes in the operating conditions of the sole proprietorship model, a personnel crisis, the challenges of European integration in wartime, and energy instability.
A separate focus of the forum was devoted to cooperation between Ukraine and the EU. During the event, the results of the EU-Ukraine Digital Sector Interlinkages Report, prepared within the framework of the ITBridge project, were presented. According to the report, 42% of Ukrainian tech companies are already working with clients from the European Union, and over 60% of European companies consider Ukraine as a promising technological partner in the next five years.

The Tech Synergy Alliance also presented key areas of joint work of clusters for 2026–2027: coordination of industry positions on regulatory changes, international promotion of the Ukrainian tech sector, programs for companies to enter foreign markets, training of cluster managers, and development of tools for cluster organizations.
For CLOTEX-HUB participation in such events is an opportunity to strengthen inter-cluster cooperation, expand partnerships and attract new tools for the development of the innovation ecosystem of the Khmelnytskyi region. The cluster approach proves its effectiveness as a mechanism for combining business, education and the expert environment for the development of a competitive economy of the regions.

The forum was organized by the Alliance of Technology Clusters and Communities Tech Synergy under the joint leadership of Kharkiv IT Cluster and IT-Association Vinnytsia. The event was hosted by Odesa IT Family. The event was held with the assistance of UNDP within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian project on strengthening MSME membership business associations in Ukraine.
